When I read this book last month, I found it to be very engaging and inspiring! Moreover, Dave was funny and straight-to-the-point. I was happy to know about how ballroom dancing can be a great healer. I finished the book feeling ready to hit the dance floor to reap all the fun and improved health. Well done!
The book is packed with great health information with helpful tips on staying fit, especially, the excellent studies gathered into one place show how dancing can be a life-saver.
Easy to read and very informational health guide
This book is self-help that inspires and enlightens without getting bogged down in endless examples. It does give studies to prove theories, while written in a way that makes it a joy to read a chapter a night and learn something new. I especially like the information about the effects of dancing on Parkinson’s disease. It is an exceptionally useful tool that may help many get moving and enjoy life.

It is incredibly informative and inspiring! Robin and David have done their homework in offering a comprehensive “how to” live healthily and age successfully. It confirms my belief that healthy living does not have to be “hit and miss”; instead, it can be sustainable, because it’s fun!
