Walk daily – the best remedy for your health.
Get enough sunlight or use a therapy light daily. We really prefer natural sunlight.
Laugh and smile often, even if it’s forced. It will make you feel happier.
Exercise at least 3-5 times weekly for short or long periods. Consistency is key.
Take regular breaks away from work often. Just get up from your desk and walk around for 10 minutes. Do that at least every hour of work.
Meditate: it works wonders for the soul. Reading can be therapeutic as well.
Even more importantly, do not eat processed food. The fresher, the better.
