Resisting Happiness Asks, Are You Happy?
We often ask ourselves this question. Some even stop wondering about happiness and are just busy with life! But if we recognize that every single moment is an opportunity to turn our life around, we will stop resisting happiness and live life with a more optimistic view.
I know it is the wrong question to ask. Most of us think we are relatively happy, while at the same time knowing that we could be more satisfied — maybe even a lot more comfortable.
Ordinary people and the most excellent philosophers have been exploring the question of happiness for thousands of years, and theories abound. Nonetheless, this publication is not a book of philosophy.
Resisting Happiness is a deeply personal, disarmingly transparent look at why we sabotage our happiness and what to do about it.
